For Castillo de Mendoza Winery the wine quality control and its distribution is essential. For this reason we constantly watch our vineyards and we carry out the first fruit selection in situ, including the grain size, as these are the fruits which will bring our wines to life.

Once in the winery, the selection table allows us to carry on with this quality philosophy so we choose each grape coming into the deposits, rejecting those which do not meet the strict intern quality rules.

This strict quality control goes on beyond the winery. When marketing we worry that our distributors carry out the established procedures for a correct storage and controlled temperature.

Thus, our wines get to the clients in the best conditions to satisfy their expectations.
